Changes are good news for Golden Oldies Cricketers

At last some positive news for those of us who want to play cricket with mates, get out and about and just have some fun again.

The changes in the border restrictions has us freely travelling again and that's great news.

We have been working to have everything set in place and now we can all get the ball rolling again. Our host clubs are ready and incredibly eager to host visitors and share their fantastic facilities, great wickets and of course the after match hospitality in the clubhouse.

Because the draw will consist of teams from all over the world - all with different ages and abilities, we will need a little help from you, to make sure the final match-ups are as even as possible.

Check out the Golden Oldies grades and select the category that will best suit your team.

The full Festival Package is:-

7 nights accommodation
Welcome Function
Transport to and from match day venues and social function
Golden Oldies Cricket Polo Shirt
3 game days of play
Mid-Week Festival Event – Big Day Out
Closing Ceremony – Finale Dinner
Participation Gift and Team Photo
Festival Newspaper and Handbook
There is something for every teams budget in the accommodation options. See the review below of the Oaks Seaforth Resort one of our options.

If you have any questions at all let me know and I look forward to seeing you on the Sunshine Coast.

Child of India, Oxford scholar, schoolmaster, published poet and father of four. Mark Floyer has lived a full life, but somehow his story always returns to cricket. His delightful honest memoir encapsulates beautifully the extraordinary grip this strange game has on so many of us.
